John Fawcett serves as President for Accord Enterprises, Inc. and Vice-President of Accord Consulting Services, Inc.

Mr. Fawcett has been in the consulting industry for over 39 years and is one of the primary founders of Accord Enterprises as well. Since founding Accord Enterprises in 1981, his focus over the years has been on providing corporate placement solutions.

John specializes in placing Electrical/Hardware Engineers, Software, Mechanical, Test, and Quality Engineers. He also represents technical support personnel such as CAD Drafters/Designers and Technicians, as well as Manufacturing personnel such as Machinists and Maintenance personnel. Dale Schoenbeck serves as Executive Director for Accord. In this position, he is responsible for Accord's strategic direction and external corporate relationships.

Mr. Schoenbeck has been in the consulting industry for over 30 years and is one of the primary founders of Accord Enterprises. His primary focus over the years has been providing engineering placement solutions. Recently, his focus has shifted to the goal of a larger scope of technical consulting solutions at the staff/executive level. His mission is on technology as it relates to corporate level executives. Currently, his additional responsibilities include executive operations, existing business development and existing business relations.

Kelly Feliciano serves as the Corporate Office Manager for Accord. In this position, she is responsible for Accord's day-to-day internal operations at the corporate level. Ms. Feliciano has been with Accord for over 20 years. As Office Manager, her primary focus is on the office administrative functions, which include all corporate administration, accounting, corporate payroll, corporate fiscal coordination and vendor relations.
